WIA Presenter Hastings Holding Webinar on Managing Diverse Talents and Perspectives

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Center for Agricultural Profitability and the Nebraska Women in Agriculture program will present "Managing Diverse Talents and Perspectives in Professional and Personal Contexts," with Dr. Lindsay Hastings, at noon Central time on June 15. 

This webinar will discuss the critical importance of family and employee dynamics to well-being and profitability and will examine research-based strategies for positively managing diverse talents and perspectives.

Hastings is Clifton Professor in Mentoring Research with UNL 's Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication. She also serves as the research director of NHRI Leadership Mentoring. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership theory and leadership development, and her research centers around advancing scholar and practitioner knowledge in leadership mentoring, community leadership development, and youth leadership. Hastings lives in Seward with her husband, Matt, and two daughters, Lilly and Anna.
