The 18th Annual AgCeptional Women’s Conference will be held November 20, 2026. At this time, we are seeking your financial support.
The AgCeptional Conference provides a full day of learning, inspiration, and networking for those involved in the agricultural industry. Each year, the event draws nearly 350 attendees from across the region on the Friday before Thanksgiving. This year, the conference committee announced a new partnership with the Nebraska Women in Agriculture Program at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. The collaboration will strengthen the conference’s educational impact and provide additional resources and opportunities for participants.
NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR: the 2026 AgCeptional Conference will be held in West Point, Nebraska, at the Nielsen Community Center. The move, scheduled for November 20, 2026, opens new possibilities for the event, including vendor exhibits, and a social hour to close out the day.
This conference is all about celebrating and supporting the incredible people who make the agriculture industry thrive. Each year, we welcome ag professionals, producers, educators, and students for a day full of learning, inspiration, and connection. From powerful keynote speakers to practical breakout sessions, it’s an energizing and impactful event and we’d love for you to be part of it.
As a sponsor, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with a dedicated and engaged ag audience, show your support for the ag community, be recognized throughout the event and in all promotional materials, and offer your team a valuable professional development opportunity.
After reviewing the contribution benefits, register your contribution online no later than October 26, 2026. We accept checks, credit cards, State of Nebraska Internal Business Transfers (IBT), or University of Nebraska cost object numbers. Sponsorship Deadlines & Details
Logos & Advertisements
- Be sure to include your chosen logo when completing your sponsorship registration online.
- All advertisements are in color and must include a 0.25" bleed margin. Advertisements are due to wia@unl.edu by October 26, 2026. No exceptions.
Sponsor Passes
- *NEW* Sponsors must register to attend the conference. After September 1st, sponsors will receive instructions to claim your sponsor passes.
- Sponsors no longer receive complimentary registrations beyond your sponsor passes.
- If you would like to sponsor additional registrations beyond your included sponsor passes, we can create a custom promo code for your organization. This code allows your students, clients, or employees to easily register themselves for the conference. After the event, you will receive an invoice for the total number of registrations made using your code. Organizations that sponsor 8 or more registrations will be recognized with a listing in the conference program and on the event slideshow.
Booth Spaces
- Booth spaces include an 8' table with electricity. Booth spaces do not include tablecloth, curtains or railing.
- Booths may be set up on Thursday afternoon or first thing Friday morning, more details about set-up will be released closer to the event. Booths can be broken down after we have adjourned on Friday.
Giveaways
- If you have items that you would like to have included in the participant welcome bags, have them at the Nielsen Community Center no later than 5:00 PM on November 19. Please plan on 400 items. Any excess items must be picked up at the end of the event.
