Training and Support That Empowers

You can be part of helping more people succeed in agriculture through support for an innovative, practical program from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Nebraska Women in Agriculture (WIA) provides educational opportunities for all Nebraskan's interested in developing management skills across every facet of agriculture through leadership development, educational experiences, support, and networking opportunities that strengthen success in this challenging industry.

Topics are wide ranging and practical, such as record-keeping, risk management, marketing, livestock issues, farmland leasing, increasing production and handling stress. Whenever possible, events are free or have only a nominal cost.

WIA seeks donors and corporate sponsors whose gifts will allow them to continue to offer this valuable support to those interested in this program and expand their offerings to meet the growing need.
