The 41st Annual Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference will be held February 26-27, 2026. At this time, we are seeking your financial support.
The Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference has grown since its inception in 1985 but our primary focus has remained the same; provide unbiased research-based information. Women keep coming back for more with nearly 400 attending the conference annually. This year we are excited to host four general session keynote speakers and to host over 20 different workshop sessions covering the five areas of agricultural risk management: Production, Market, Financial, Insurance and Legal.
NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR: We are moving…across the parking lot! This year’s Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference will take place at Younes Conference Center South. We have outgrown our current space, and this change of location will offer plenty of room for our event to continue to grow. We look forward to offering new experiences for conference attendees with the added space!
Contributions to Nebraska Women in Agriculture support our programming efforts throughout the year, including but not limited to: Quarterly Book Club, Webinars, Agri-Essentials Online Classroom, Husker Harvest Days and more. Supporters are celebrated for their contributions annually at the Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference. We cannot host this event without the help of businesses and organizations like yours. At this time, we do not permit the sale of products during the conference. Our event is focused on providing educational content and networking opportunities, and as such, we do not include vendor sales as part of the program.

After Jan. 1, 2026, you will receive a promo code for your complimentary registration(s). We’re excited to have your team join us!
Sponsor Logos and Advertisements
To ensure your sponsorship is properly recognized, please email your company logos, brochure advertisements, and/or 30-second video to wia@unl.edu no later than February 6, 2026. Items received after this deadline may be excluded from printed materials. We encourage color logos and advertisements. All advertisements are in color and must include a 0.25" bleed margin.
Participant Gifts
If you have items that you would like to have included in the participant welcome bags, have them at the Younes Conference Center South no later than Noon on February 25, 2025. Please plan on 400 items. Any excess items must be picked up at registration at the end of the event.
Giveaways
If you have a large giveaway (gift baskets, etc.), drawings for these items will take place during meals. There will be a table on the stage. Please place your item on that table during the meal you would like your item to be given away at with the name of your company/organization AND the name of the winner taped to it. We can also pull a name for you. Just let us know in advance.
Booth Spaces
Booth spaces are assigned. Each space includes an 8’ table, with electricity. Booth spaces do not include curtains or railing. Booths may be set up on Wednesday afternoon or first thing Thursday morning, more details about set-up will be released closer to the event. Booths can be broken down after we have adjourned on Friday.
