Join us June 10th & 11th for the 2024 Herd That! Conference. This year's focus is beef cattle reproduction. We kick off Monday afternoon with a tour of T/D Angus. Trey and Dayna Wasserburger operate this innovative and progressive seedstock operation in North Platte. T/D Angus sells 500 Angus bulls a year to over 30+ states and sell and ship semen and embryos globally.
The tour will be followed by dinner and keynote speaker Terryn Drieling.
Tuesday participants will learn from industry experts as well as University of Nebraska Extension professionals through several hands-on workshop opportunities. Topics will include safely handling hormones, bull selection, culling cows and more. During lunch participants will have the opportunity to hear from Trust in Food™ to learn about the future of sustainability for livestock producers.

Trey and Dayna Wasserburger and their four children own and operate TD Angus, formerly Rishel Ranch. An innovative and progressive seedstock operation in North Platte, Nebraska that offers programs to bring added value to customers commercial programs with a calf buyback program, TD Feed Test, and custom AI breeding services. TD Angus sells 500 Angus bulls a year to over 30+ states and sell and ship semen and embryos globally.
Terryn Drieling grew up on a small feed yard in Northeast Nebraska. Now she lives and works on a large ranch in the Sandhills with her husband and their three kids. When she’s not ranching, she’s helping fellow farmers and ranchers step out of self-told lies with grace and compassion to draw good movement in conversations, relationships, and life in rural America through her Good Movement Trainings and coaching.
In his role as Director of Technical Assistance, Andrew Lyon uses his expertise to support growers in Trust in Food’s Climate-Smart Commodities Connected Ag Project. His 15+ year career has focused on natural resource conservation, soil health, water quality improvement, water conservation and building public/private partnerships. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University in Agriculture and a master’s degree from Oklahoma State University in Environmental Science. Andy and his family operate a commercial cow/calf ranching operation near Emporia, Kansas.
