The AgCeptional Women's Conference provides a full day of learning, inspiration, and networking for those involved in the agricultural industry. Each year, the event draws nearly 350 attendees from across the region on the Friday before Thanksgiving. This year, the conference committee announced a new partnership with the Nebraska Women in Agriculture Program at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. The collaboration will strengthen the conference’s educational impact and provide additional resources and opportunities for participants.
NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR: the 2026 AgCeptional Conference will be held in West Point, Nebraska, at the Nielsen Community Center. The move, scheduled for November 20, 2026, opens new possibilities for the event, including vendor exhibits, and a social hour to close out the day. Registration will open September 1, 2026.
Currently, we are accepting applications for the Spotlight Award and Sponsor Registrations.

Nominate Someone for the Spotlight Award (Due June 15)
A person who is recognized by the AgCeptional Spotlight Award is someone who has made exceptional contributions to agriculture. The term AgCeptional pertains to any aspect of agriculture where excellence is demonstrated. By design, there are no specific criteria that have to be followed in order to nominate someone for the AgCeptional Spotlight Award. You simply have to believe that someone is AgCeptional and then tell us why. A selection committee with representatives from various agricultural entities will review the nominations, analyze all factors and then select the strongest candidate. The following categories may help you to organize your thoughts for considering your nominee’s strengths and contributions.
- Contribution to Family Operation
- Contribution/Service to Community
- Advocacy
- Involvement in Agricultural Organizations
- Leadership
- Promotion of Industry
- Achievements
- Creative Talent
- Business Success (Growth, Profit, Position, etc,)
